The staff was very helpful - I would stay again and again. I enjoyed staying in this 4 star hotel. Excellent service, even though a few employees were absolutely rude. The room was well-appointed and top-notch with a great view of downtown covington when I arrived. The bar served variety of meals for breakfast. The location was incredibly comfortable for me as it was just next door to the historic shopping street and Easy to get around town.
The area was very bad.

We truly enjoyed this fabulous hotel and had a wonderful time. Plenty of food served in the bar for breakfast, it was fantastic. The location was great and decent, convenient to Madison theatre shows with easy access to gift stores and a convenience store.

It has marvellous location, not far from never patronized, local shops, and the former Coppin's department store. Again, the hotel is within 25 minutes' walk of Newport Aquarium.

Location: the hotel was right by the Madison Event center and Madison theatre. We tried some restaurants, including Agave & Rye which boasted a hot cuisine. The room was extremely spacious and trendy with great views and nice toiletries and chrome bathroom, and btw the venue had an Irish bar onsite. The hotel made an incredible breakfast.

The location was comfortable, you can visit First baptist Covington by walking. The restaurant here was lovely with breakfast served until 10A, we both ordered fine dishes.
